Who can use Tex

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian has to agree to these terms for you.

Your account

Keep your password and your device safe: whoever has them can use your account. You are responsible for what is done from it.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it and show it to the people you choose, only to run Tex. That permission ends when you delete it, except for copies other people saved (like a photo they kept from a drop).

What you can't do

• Break the law, or use Tex to plan something illegal.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Post sexual content involving minors, or anyone's private information or images without their consent.
• Send spam or scams.
• Leave drops in dangerous, private or restricted places, or ones that push people to trespass.
• Try to read other people's encrypted data, misuse storage nodes, or attack Tex or the people using it.

Real places

Drops, stations and Radar point to real places. Only go where it is safe and legal to go. You are responsible for where you go and what you do there.

Coins

Coins have no money value. They can't be bought or cashed out. We can correct balances that come from an error or from abuse.

AI features

HAL inside Tex, suggestions and AI masks are made by AI models and can be wrong. Don't rely on them for important decisions.

Reports and enforcement

We review reports. We can remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

The service

Tex is free and provided as it is. Features can change or stop. We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Hal-PA Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using Tex, or for what other users post or do.
